At Luxury Consulting, every piece of jewelry is crafted with precision and care. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for both ready-made and custom jewelry.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

Returned in their original packaging

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact our support team at sales@luxxuryconsulting.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of their personalized nature, custom-made jewelry, engraved pieces, and special orders are not eligible for return or refund once production has started.
We encourage customers to confirm all details (design, size, color, and material) before approving custom orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate — at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value within the 14-day return window.
If you wish to upgrade or exchange your jewelry for a different style, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, production may have started, and cancellation may not be possible, especially for custom designs.
Shipping Your Return
Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Luxury Consulting is not responsible for lost or uninsured return shipments.
